Please, keep in mind, my Pilates group classes are designed to be fun and are more focused on fitness. Meaning – help you to tone your body, get nice lean muscles, strengthen your core, clear your mind, stretch, strengthen and massage your spine rather than curing any kind of chronic back pain, or any kind of fix of the spine. In such cases, you will need a private class.
If you are not sure that group Pilates is for you, consult with your doctor. It is your responsibility to know your health before attending the class. You can also message me directly but I cannot give you any advice relating to your conditions.
If you like to get in shape, you like fresh air, ocean view, and trees, my outdoor classes are for you.

We do Pilates at the beautiful Magic Island with a chilling ocean view under trees.
Meet up point is at Ala Moana beach park (Magic park side) – across the L&L Hawaiian BBQ (beachside).

Classes start at the exact time. Please arrive at least 5 min. earlier to sign up the wavier.
All classes must be booked and pre-paid in advance. Private and duo sessions will require a credit card to reserve your spot.
No late attending. Please, be respectful to other clients in the class and arrive on time.
Do not interrupt the class if you arrive more then 5 min. late. No refunds, no rescheduling for late birds.
12 hours of the cancellation policy. If an appointment or class reservation is not canceled or rescheduled 12 hours before the appointment time, you will be charged the full amount for that appointment.
In case of heavy rain, the class will be canceled. If you paid for one class, contact me and we will reschedule your class for another class day (free), or you will be refunded.

How many people in the class?
Standard classes are for 4 – 5 people and take 50 min. I like to focus on all students in my class for them to do their best work out possible.
What to wear and what to bring?
Top, leggings or shorts – anything that is comfy and allows you to move smoothly. Anti-slip pilates or yoga socks or you can be barefoot.
You will need your own Pilates mat – preferably thicker than the yoga mat, small towel, and bottle of water. Smile and happy energy 😉
